Vendors are not officially accepted until they receive confirmation from the Harvest Day organizers. Please do not advertise your participation until you have been notified of your acceptance.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendor Fees and Cancellations\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendor fees are refundable when cancellation notice is provided more than two weeks before the event. Vendor fees will not be refunded if a vendor cancels or withdraws within two weeks of the event date.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf the event is cancelled by the organizers, registered vendors will be contacted regarding refunds or other arrangements.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendor Spaces\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendors are responsible for bringing all items required for their display, including chairs, tents, extension cords, signage, and display materials (tables are available on site for an additional fee).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDisplays must remain within the assigned vendor space and must not block entrances, exits, walkways, or neighbouring vendors. Tents and outdoor displays must be safely secured.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eElectricity may not be available. Vendors requiring power must receive approval from the organizers before the event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cspan\u003eProducts and Displays\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAll products and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event. The organizers reserve the right to refuse or remove any items considered unsafe, offensive, illegal, or unsuitable for the event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendors may only sell the products or services listed on their application unless additional items have been approved.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFood vendors are responsible for meeting all applicable health, food-handling, licensing, and insurance requirements.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendor Responsibilities\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendors are responsible for:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSetting up and removing their own displays\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eKeeping their area clean, safe, and supervised\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRemoving all garbage and materials at the end of the event\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFollowing event schedules and organizer instructions\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eObtaining any required permits, licences, insurance, or approvals\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eProviding their own payment methods and cash change\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendors are expected to remain for the full event unless other arrangements have been approved.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cspan\u003eProperty and Liability\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eHarvest Day organizers, volunteers, property owners, and event partners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or broken merchandise, equipment, displays, vehicles, or personal property.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for the safety and security of their property, products, and vendor space.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e\u003cspan\u003eConduct\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eVendors must treat event organizers, volunteers, visitors, and other vendors respectfully.
