Harvest Day Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at our Harvest Day event. Please review the following information before submitting your application.

Vendor Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space. Vendors are not officially accepted until they receive confirmation from the Harvest Day organizers. Please do not advertise your participation until you have been notified of your acceptance.
Vendor Fees and Cancellations
Vendor fees are refundable when cancellation notice is provided more than two weeks before the event. Vendor fees will not be refunded if a vendor cancels or withdraws within two weeks of the event date.
If the event is cancelled by the organizers, registered vendors will be contacted regarding refunds or other arrangements.
Vendor Spaces
Vendors are responsible for bringing all items required for their display, including chairs, tents, extension cords, signage, and display materials (tables are available on site for an additional fee).
Displays must remain within the assigned vendor space and must not block entrances, exits, walkways, or neighbouring vendors. Tents and outdoor displays must be safely secured.
Electricity may not be available. Vendors requiring power must receive approval from the organizers before the event.
Products and Displays
All products and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly community event. The organizers reserve the right to refuse or remove any items considered unsafe, offensive, illegal, or unsuitable for the event.
Vendors may only sell the products or services listed on their application unless additional items have been approved.
Food vendors are responsible for meeting all applicable health, food-handling, licensing, and insurance requirements.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- Setting up and removing their own displays
- Keeping their area clean, safe, and supervised
- Removing all garbage and materials at the end of the event
- Following event schedules and organizer instructions
- Obtaining any required permits, licences, insurance, or approvals
- Providing their own payment methods and cash change
Vendors are expected to remain for the full event unless other arrangements have been approved.
Property and Liability
Harvest Day organizers, volunteers, property owners, and event partners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or broken merchandise, equipment, displays, vehicles, or personal property.
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for the safety and security of their property, products, and vendor space.
Conduct
Vendors must treat event organizers, volunteers, visitors, and other vendors respectfully. Unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to vendor locations, event arrangements, or these guidelines when necessary for safety or event operations.
Vendor Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Harvest Day Vendor Information and agree to follow the expectations outlined above. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance and that I will not be considered an approved vendor until I receive confirmation from the Harvest Day organizers. I also understand that vendor fees will not be refunded if I cancel or withdraw within two weeks of the event.
